In central Alanya, Oba, Cikcilli, Tosmur and Kestel we are usually with you in 30–60 minutes. For Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Avsallar and Okurcalar allow a little longer. You are told the expected arrival time when you call — not a vague promise.
Yes. House and hotel calls run 24 hours a day, all year. The clinic in Oba is open 09:00–19:00, seven days a week, but the phone is answered outside those hours as well.
The price depends on the time of day, the district and what treatment is needed. You are given the price on the phone, before the doctor leaves, and it does not change afterwards. Cash, card and bank transfer are all accepted.
Most policies cover an urgent private consultation abroad. Insurers reimburse against documents, so every visit ends with a signed medical report, an itemised invoice and a receipt in English. Check your own policy for the excess and whether you must notify the insurer first.
